[Project Sharing] ZKFN SolarVela — Guizhou Tire Factory 26MW Distributed PV Power Station

Recently, on the roof of the Guizhou Tire Factory in Guiyang, known as the "Forest City", a 26MW distributed PV power station project is in full swing construction. This is another milestone project for ZKFN SOLAR, fully demonstrating our strong strength and technological advantages in the field of green energy!!

The total installed capacity of the project is 26MW, all using ZKFN SOLAR's SolarVela flexible lightweight PV modules. Once completed, the project is expected to bring huge environmental and economic benefits:

The Guizhou Tire Factory has a very large demand for electricity. The project adopts the "self-generation for self-use" model. All the clean electricity generated will directly supply the enterprise, significantly reducing electricity expenses and operating costs every year.

A common challenge encountered during the construction of this project was that the factory is a steel structure with limited roof load-bearing capacity, and production could not be stopped for reinforcement construction.

Strict Standards, Safety and Worry-Free: Super Anti-Hail Performance Upgraded Again

Guiyang, located in Southwest China, has a complex and changeable climate, facing threats from hail and other extreme severe weather. Not only must the lightness and flexibility of the product be considered, but its superior anti-hail performance must also be ensured. After comparing products across the industry, ZKFN SOLAR's flexible PV modules stood out and became the final choice of the owner.

ZKFN SOLAR's flexible lightweight PV modules not only comply with the national standard GB/T9535 and international specification IEC61215 but can also easily withstand the impact of hailstones with a diameter of 25mm and a speed of up to 23m/s. This means it can fully resist the common hail weather in Guiyang, providing a reliable power generation guarantee.

Recently, after further testing, ZKFN SOLAR's flexible lightweight PV modules once again demonstrated their excellent anti-hail capabilities. They successfully passed two more severe experimental tests:

• Performed excellently under the impact of 35mm diameter ice balls at a speed of 27m/s;
• Remained completely intact under the dual test of 45mm diameter ice balls hitting at a speed of 30m/s.

This fully proves its reliability under extreme weather.

To further adapt to project needs, we adopted a detachable installation method with zinc-aluminum-magnesium brackets, perfectly combining with the color steel tile roof. The installation is simple and fast, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
