Hail Impact Resistance
Simulated 25mm diameter ice balls impacting the module surface at 23m/s. Results show no damage to module appearance, no microcracks in EL testing, and no power attenuation.
Level 17 Wind Resistance Test
62m/s (Level 17) super typhoon condition testing in wind tunnel laboratory. Modules are firmly connected to mounting systems with no deformation or detachment.
Mechanical Load Testing
Withstand 5400Pa load on the front (equivalent to heavy snow) and 2400Pa load on the back. The module structure remains intact with no microcracks in solar cells.
Walking Test
SolarPega series passed real-person walking test (80kg weight, soft-soled shoes). EL inspection shows no new microcracks in solar cells, meeting the requirements for maintenance access.
EL Microcrack-Free Inspection
After extreme tests including mechanical load, hail impact and walking, EL inspection shows complete solar cell structure without any microcracks.
Weather Resistance Test
Passed aging tests such as TC200 (thermal cycle), DH1000 (damp heat), HF10 (humid freeze) to verify the long-term weather resistance of materials.
