Recently, Shandong ZKFN Solar Technology Co., Ltd. Initially, in order to install PV, under the premise of ensuring safety and not collapsing the roof, only a small number of traditional PV modules could be installed in an extremely sparse manner, resulting in a large amount of roof space being idle. For example, traditional PV modules were sparsely installed on the Fujin Road Parking and Inspection Depot, and the effective utilization rate of the roof was less than 20%.

Nowadays, in order to further save energy and reduce emissions, Shanghai Metro tries to utilize all roof resources for the installation of distributed PV power stations. In the gaps between the roofs sparsely installed with traditional PV modules, extremely lightweight flexible PV modules are installed.

Strict Standard Screening, ZKFN SOLAR Stands Out

Shanghai Metro, as the world's largest passenger transit metro group, has extremely demanding requirements for the safety and reliability of products. This time, Shanghai Metro plans to install flexible PV power stations at stations such as Fujin Road, Chentai Road, and Pujiang Line Base. It requires that the flexible modules must not have any micro-cracks exceeding industry standards in EL tests upon arrival, after installation, and after 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years, and 100% infrared testing must show no hot spots.
