Recently, invested by Weidu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and using ZKFN SOLAR's lightweight flexible modules, the Jinan First Machine Tool Rooftop PV Project was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation!

The total installed capacity of the project is up to 5.75MW, comprehensively laid on the factory's color steel tile roof, achieving the local conversion and efficient utilization of green power, injecting continuous clean momentum into traditional industry.

01 The "Rooftop Revolution" of a Veteran Manufacturing Plant, PV Lights Up Every Piece of Steel!

As a traditional equipment manufacturing enterprise with a profound industrial heritage, Jinan First Machine Tool Co., Ltd.'s choice to install a distributed PV system on its own roof is an important step in practicing green development.

The project roof features a standing seam color steel tile structure. Limited by roof load and structural strength, traditional PV modules could not be used. Under the joint technical evaluation of Weidu Energy and ZKFN SOLAR, ZKFN's lightweight flexible modules were ultimately selected. Through a clamp + guide rail + flat-laying installation method, they perfectly matched the original roof structure, achieving 0 damage, 0 drilling, and fast installation.
